The service provides a technological tool for documenting and translating payslips, but does not constitute legal, accounting, or tax advice. Salipay is not a law firm, and use of the service does not create an attorney-client relationship. The information provided is for informational purposes only. The binding version is always the original Hebrew payslip issued by the employer. Use of the service is at the user's sole risk.

AI & Data Accuracy

The service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs). Despite our efforts to ensure accuracy, the system may occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete translations ("hallucinations"). The user acknowledges these limitations and is responsible for verifying the data against the original source.

Limitation of Liability

Salipay (and its operators) shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in translations or data presentation.
  • Legal or business decisions made based on the information provided.
  • Data loss or service downtime.

Permitted Use

You may use the service for lawful business purposes only. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering the system.
  • Using the service to defraud, mislead, or harm third parties.
  • Uploading malicious content or viruses.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service, including code, design, logos, and algorithms, are the exclusive property of Salipay. No use may be made of these materials without prior written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service or access to it for any user, at any time, without prior notice.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
